As the driving force behind Whiterose Properties and the broader Whiterose International Group, she has played a central role in the company's rapid growth, leveraging strong problem-solving, decision-making, and entrepreneurial leadership to set new standards across real estate consultancy, brokerage, development, and general construction practices.

She holds a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Committed to continuous professional development, she has completed advanced programs and certifications including D.Sc. in Business Management and Corporate Governance (European American University), Financial Management (Lagos Business School), Contract Law (Harvard University), International Business, Environment & Global Strategy (India Institute of Management), and Business Communication (Rochester Institute of Technology), reflecting her dedication to global best practices and corporate excellence.

Godson Ukachi Esq. is a dynamic and highly proficient legal practitioner with over five years of experience, specializing in property and conveyancing law, with strong competence in resolving complex legal issues through analytical thinking and process-driven execution. His expertise also spans corporate-commercial law, contract law, labour law, business ethics, and due diligence transactions, with a proven track record of successfully handling high-value property transactions and legal matters. Known for his sharp reasoning, prompt delivery, and communication excellence, he stands out as a dependable legal professional within the industry.

He earned an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Jos (Second Class Upper Division) and received the prestigious Dean's Honours Roll for Outstanding Academic Performance. He also holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015. Godson has built solid experience through roles as Associate Counsel at Granville Abiba (SAN) & Associates and Fasogbon & Co., as well as serving as a Legal Officer at the Nigerian Legal Aid Council. He currently serves as Head of Legal at Whiterose Properties Limited, providing strategic legal oversight across the company's operations.
